A: Orders are priced based on the filament used, filament type, size of the item, time spent making it, and other costs.

Q: Are your products ready to post immediately?

A: No, all 3D prints are made to order. Customers should allow 3 days or more for production, depending on other orders. But we normally e-mail or WhatsApp the customer once the printing has started.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: Returns are accepted within 14 days if the products are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging and with no damage. Prior written consent is required, and returns are subject to a return charge.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can cancel an order within within 3 days if the order has not been made and you will receive a refund to the account you originally paid from.

Q: What delivery options do you offer?

A: The available options are presented at the time of purchase, but they include postage and "Pickup at store."

Q: Do you offer free delivery?

A: Yes, free delivery is available on orders of £6 or less.

Q: What payment methods can I use if I choose to collect my order?

A: If you are paying upon collection, you can pay with a SumUp card reader or by cash.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Yes we can take custom orders but there is no guarantee that it can be made we do have a print bed size of 220mm x 220mm

Q: What kind of products do you sell?

A: We sell 3D printed products including home decor like candle holders and lamps, desk organizers like pen holders, and novelty gift items like a dragon egg box.
